Jim was a partner at Sherry Carroll & Associates which merged with Baker & McKenzie in 1985. Jim’s expertise includes commercial advice and strategy, including litigation strategy and insolvency advice.
Jim has developed and trained a team of expert solicitors who support him and enable Scanlan Carroll to handle complex legal matters.
As a senior Partner, one of Jim’s main roles is to guide all the firm’s lawyers with their professional development and with the development of the practice. |

Noel has delivered presentations on business law topics at professional development seminars and a number of his papers have been published.

Paul has extensive experience in litigation, commercial, probate and conveyancing matters.
